Q: How do I place an order?

A: The fastest way to shop is to select the OEM P/N # from the drop down list of each product line. You can also use our search engine in order to find what you are looking for or simply browse through the catalog. Once you find your product, click on it and then click on “Buy Now.” The item will automatically be added to your shopping cart. When you are done with your shopping and ready to checkout, just click the “Checkout” button and follow the process. Please make sure that we have the correct and current billing address for your credit card so that your order can be processed immediately. You can check your order history by logging into your account.

 

Q: Is the web site secure?

A: We are very concerned about the security. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information, so you can feel very comfortable during every step of your order.

 

Q: Can I mail a check or money order along with my order?

A:  Yes, you can order by check or money order. Once you are done with your shopping please print out the page and make sure we have your correct mailing address, telephone number, and the person’s name to be contacted. 

  

Q: Is it necessary to give my credit card billing zip code and the security code?

A: We use USPS and UPS for shipping. Normally you should receive your order within 2-5 business days depending upon your location. If you have not received your order in 7 business days please email us.
